Intergenerational Exploitation

Earlier generations can jeopardise the opportunities, resources and well-being of their successors. Indeed, there is a growing unease with earlier leaving large-scale public debts to be paid by younger generations, many worry that our policies institutions are being shaped advantage interests older at expense young. While much theoretical (and empirical) literature now exists on ways in which unjustly successors, very little has appeared how former’s decisions generate specifically exploitative relationships. This all more surprising, light fact large literatures exist both intergenerational justice exploitation. The aim article bring these two into long overdue contact one another analyse an under-researched yet fundamental problem – answers questions. (1) What exactly exploitation? (2) makes this type exploitation wrong?
